The Execution Of a man, Robert Fratta Who Hired Hitmen To Kill His Wife.
Robert Fratta, a former Missouri police officer and firefighter thought he was smart, he thought he could cover up his trails. On November 9, 1994, Robert Fratta went to church with his children; he appeared to be a bit disturbed while the service was going on, and leaving the congregation twice to make telephone calls. What was unknown to his children and other worshippers who saw him in church was that he was looking for an alibi. Fratta had hired two hitmen to put the life of his wife, Farah Fratta, to an end. She was ambushed in her Texas home and shot in the head. When Fratta was interviewed, he appeared very calm with no sign of grief. He was even making funny faces on live camera (as shown in the gif above). Investigators were quick to understand the couple were in the middle of divorce settlement and child custody battle.
